Rocker Type

Continuous

A continuous rocker has one smooth, uninterrupted curve from tip to tail. It delivers a fast, predictable ride with consistent lift off the wake and softer landings—ideal for carving, flow, and riders who prioritize speed and control over maximum pop.

3-Stage

A three-stage rocker features a flat center section with more pronounced angles at the nose and tail. This profile channels energy into an explosive, vertical pop off the wake for maximum airtime, though landings can feel more abrupt than a continuous shape.

Blended

A blended rocker combines elements of continuous and three-stage designs—a firm flat section through the middle with smoother curves at the tips. Aggressive edging produces 3-stage-like pop, while a flatter approach yields the speed and smooth lift of a continuous board.

Dual Concave Base

Dual concave channels molded into the base funnel water through the belly for added speed and edge control. The design helps the board track confidently while carving and approaching the wake. It also promotes a smoother, more predictable feel through landings.

Forgiving Rail Profile: Beveled Edge between Bindings

Beveled edges between the bindings create a more forgiving midsection for easier edge changes and softer mistakes. Outside that zone, the rail can still bite when you need to cut hard. The dual-zone feel helps riders progress without sacrificing performance at the tips.

(Journey) Flat Fin Mount – Better Water Flow - Increases Hold

A flat fin mount improves water flow around the fin area while increasing hold on edge. The cleaner mount reduces turbulence and keeps the board tracking true. Better flow and hold mean a more confident cut into the wake.

Biolite 3 Core

Biolite 3 is Hyperlite's proven lightweight core construction designed to reduce swing weight without sacrificing durability. The formula delivers a lively, responsive feel underfoot that's ideal for progressive boat riding. It has been a staple across Hyperlite wakeboards for years.

Satin Flex

Satin Flex is Hyperlite's lady-specific flex pattern tuned for a smoother, more responsive female ride. The layup softens the feel without giving up pop or edge control. Female riders get a board that flexes with them instead of fighting them.

Soft Landing Spine

A soft landing spine down the center cushions impact on wake-to-wake landings and overshoots. The spine keeps the board planted and predictable when you come down hard. It's a confidence-building shape detail for progressive boat riding.

Cupper Rail Tip & Tail for Aggressive Edge Set

Cupped rails at tip and tail dig in for a locked, aggressive edge set into the wake. The shape holds harder through your cut and releases cleanly at takeoff. It's built for riders who want maximum hold and attack on approach.
